CALGARY, Alberta (AP) — Oliver Wahlstrom scored the shootout winner for the New York Islanders in a 5-4 win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday night.Kyle Palmieri, Hudson Fasching, Mathew Barzal and Brock Nelson also scored for the Islanders (6-6-5), who snapped a seven-game losing streak. Goalie Ilya Sorokin stopping 35 shots in regulation and overtime. Bo Horvat also scored in the shootout.Martin Pospisil, Blake Coleman, MacKenzie Weegar and Yegor Sharangovich scored for the Flames (6-8-3), who tied the game twice in the third period. Flames goalie Jacob Markstrom made 29 saves. DENVER (KDVR) -- The Northglenn Police Department said multiple suspects in a shooting were at large Saturday evening.Police told FOX31 it happened at the Vega Apartments, located at 11801 Washington Street. DENVER (KDVR) -- As local food banks are feeling the strain of feeding families in need for the Thanksgiving holiday, a local company is jumping into action to help.The Metal of Honor Committee (MOH) through Hercules Industries' goal is to raise $35,000 to buy more than 3,000 turkeys. The Transportation Security Administration said this holiday season is expected to be their busiest ever. SPRING VALLEY, Calif. — Multiple people were injured in a shooting in Spring Valley Saturday evening, the San Diego County Sheriff's Office confirmed to FOX 5. Authorities received reports of shots fired around 8:15 p.m. in the 9000 block of Ildica Street.Deputies say about four to five people were shot, although information about whether their injuries are life-threatening is not known at this time.A suspect has not been identified and remains at large.
